How to Log an Issue

Please complete the form in full and include clear photographs of the issue.

Important:
Customer service issues will not be reviewed or progressed unless they are formally logged via this form.

What Happens Next

Once your issue is logged:

  1. We will review the information provided
  2. We will advise on the next step
  3. In most cases, this will involve returning the bat or product to us for physical assessment

If a return is requested:

  • Items may be delivered in person or sent by post/courier
  • Please use a reputable, trackable service
  • Include your contact details and a brief description of the issue
