Refund Policy
At B3 Cricket, we pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day returns policy from the date you receive your goods.
Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be in as new condition (unused, unmarked, and in a resaleable state)
- Items should be returned with original packaging where possible
Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will process a refund to the original payment method for the value of the item(s).
Deductions & Non-Refundable Services
Please note:
- Any services carried out at your request (e.g. knocking-in, customisation, or alterations) are non-refundable
- Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item
Condition of Returned Goods
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if goods are returned:
- Not in as new condition
- Used, worn, or damaged (including signs of play or ball impact in the case of bats)
- Altered, tampered with, or modified after purchase
In such cases, the item may be returned to you and additional administration or delivery charges may apply.
Returns Due to Our Error or Faulty Goods
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is faulty, we will:
- Provide a full refund, including original delivery costs
- Cover the cost of return postage
Returning Your Item
- You are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless the item is faulty or sent in error
- We strongly recommend using a tracked or recorded delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit
